Twists at the front, opens at the waist, pleats do the rest!

A deep V drops between wide straps and the front gathers into a twist at the center, so the bodice draws inward instead of lying flat. Small openings sit either side of the waist, leaving a strip of skin visible between bodice and skirt. Below the twist the skirt is knife pleated the whole way around and falls to mid-calf, holding narrow folds when you stand still and opening out as you walk. The pleats catch the light along each fold.
